About Avyelle
Avyelle began on a mat in my living room, on a grey morning when I realised the twenty minutes I spent moving were the only twenty minutes of the day that felt entirely mine.
I never set out to build a brand. I set out to protect a ritual. Pilates found me at a time when everything else felt loud, and it gave me something I did not know I was missing: a practice that asked for very little and gave everything back. The trouble was everything around it. The apps that buried a simple practice under subscriptions and streaks. The programmes that assumed an hour a day and endless motivation. The noise. I wanted guidance that honoured the practice, written plainly, complete on the day you receive it. When I could not find it, I decided to write it myself.

Why I Write So Few Courses
I believe in fewer, better things. A course that meets you where you are. A session that fits inside a real day. A practice that asks only for a mat. I do not chase trends and I do not release something new every season. Instead I keep refining a small library of courses, each one shaped by hours of actual practice, in my own home, until every session reads the way a good teacher speaks.

Six Pilates courses, from a twenty one day foundation for complete beginners to STUDIO, the full six week programme. Each one is a complete, print ready workbook, delivered to your inbox the moment you order, and each one needs nothing more than a mat. Yoga is next. The first courses are being written now, in the same calm, ritual focused structure, and they will live here alongside the Pilates library when they are ready.

Wellness, to me, has never been about urgency. It is consistency, care and attention to detail, in how I write, how each workbook is designed, and how it reaches you.
