Delivery & Refunds

Avyelle is a digital course platform, so there is nothing to ship, no waiting and no delivery cost. When you order a course, the complete workbook arrives by email as a print ready PDF, usually within minutes of your order being confirmed.

Courses are available everywhere. Wherever you are in the world, delivery is instant and free.

Every workbook is sent from orders@avyelle.co. If your course has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first, then write to us and we will send it again.

Every course you own also waits in your account, under digital downloads. You can return and download your workbooks again whenever you need them, on any device.

Digital courses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Because your workbook is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, we are unable to accept return or exchange requests once the order is confirmed.

We would rather you buy the right course than more courses. Each course page states plainly who it serves and who it does not, and the FAQ answers the most common questions. If you are still unsure, write to us before you order and we will help you choose.
