Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026

Avyelle is a small business based in the United Kingdom, serving customers across the UK and the EU. We take the same care with your information as we do with everything else we make. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

Information We Collect

When you shop with us, we collect only what we need to serve you:

  • Your name, email address and shipping address, to fulfil your order
  • Your phone number, only if you choose to provide it, for delivery updates
  • Order history and the digital courses linked to your account, so you can access your downloads
  • Basic technical information about your device and how you use the site, if you consent to analytics cookies

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, Stripe.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process and deliver your orders, including instant delivery of digital courses
  • To send you order confirmations, shipping updates and delivery notices
  • To give you access to your account and your purchased downloads
  • To respond when you contact us
  • To understand how the store is used and improve it, where you have consented to analytics

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the services that make the store work: Stripe for payment processing, delivery carriers for shipping your parcels, our email provider for sending order notifications, and our hosting and analytics providers. Each acts under its own strict data protection obligations, and each receives only what it needs.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your bag and checkout working. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them through the consent banner, and you can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Account information is kept while your account is active. You may ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time, subject to those legal obligations.

Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask for it to be corrected or updated
  • Ask for it to be deleted
  • Object to or restrict how we process it
  • Receive a copy of it in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, simply email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or with your local supervisory authority in the EU.
